What is LuxOnBrand?
LuxOnBrand is a white-label AI assistant — named Lux — that you add to your website. She reads your site, answers visitors in your brand's voice, and captures leads around the clock. It's your brand, on brand: visitors feel like they're talking to your team, not a generic bot.
How does Lux know about my business?
She reads your website herself — every page, your services, prices, hours, and policies. There's no training, no uploading FAQs, and no typing everything out like other chatbots make you do. Point her at your site and she's ready to answer.
Do I need to code or hire a developer?
No. If you can install an app, you can set up Lux — install, connect, and go live in minutes. No rebuild, nothing technical.
How does pricing work?
Plans are priced by conversations per month: Basic $12 (~200), Professional $39 (~450), Business $99 (~900), and Premium · Lux $249 (~1,300). High-traffic or regulated sites use Power Site (custom). See the full pricing page.
What counts as a "conversation"?
A conversation is a single visitor chat session — one back-and-forth exchange with a visitor — not each individual message. A typical session is a handful of messages.
Can I make Lux match my brand?
Yes. Start with the clean Trust Blue look, then make it yours: your brand color, your assistant's name, and your own avatar. On Business and above you can also remove the "Powered by LuxOnBrand" footer for a fully white-label experience.
Is my data private?
Yes — LuxOnBrand is private by design. Your content and Lux's retrieval index stay in your own website's database; only usage counts (to meter your plan) cross to us — never your visitors' conversations. Details are in our privacy policy.
Do you use my customers' data to train AI?
No. We don't sell data and we don't use conversations to build advertising profiles. To generate a reply, the visitor's message and relevant site content are processed through our secured service with OpenAI acting as our processor — that's it.
Can Lux speak other languages or talk out loud?
Yes. Multi-language replies and voice are available on Premium. Voice is sold in simple minute packs so it stays predictable.
Can Lux capture leads and help with booking?
Absolutely — lead capture is built in on every plan. When a visitor is ready, Lux collects their details and hands you a warm lead in your inbox, and she can guide people toward booking, a quote, or a callback.
Can I upload documents like PDFs or price sheets?
Yes — file & document upload is available on Premium, so Lux knows about things that aren't published on your website (manuals, price lists, spec sheets).
What is Power Site / the enterprise option?
Power Site is for high-traffic and big-name sites: unlimited pages, API access, team seats, full white-label, and — for strict security or compliance needs — a custom secure build inside your own environment, using your infrastructure and keys. Talk to us →
